Aalberts IPS expands product line

Apollo PowerPress now in larger diameters

Aalberts integrated piping systems (IPS) has expanded its Apollo PowerPress line with new large-diameter (LD) options designed for demanding oil and gas applications. The extension introduces pipe sizes of 2 ½, 3 and 4 inches, offering greater flexibility for large-scale projects such as gas distribution networks, oil processing facilities and fuel transfer lines.

The Apollo PowerPress LD incorporates HNBR sealing elements and zinc-nickel coatings to enhance corrosion resistance and deliver reliable, long-lasting seals for liquids and gases including LP/natural gas, fuel oil and hydraulic fluids. The system also features Leak Before Press technology, which prevents unpressed connections from holding pressure, improving both safety and installation integrity.

For quality control, installers can identify unpressed connections through color-coded Visu-Control foil that splits after pressing, reducing inspection time. The LD line maintains compatibility with widely used Ridgid and Milwaukee press tools, allowing for faster, more convenient installations.

With its full-port flow design, the system maximizes flow rates for higher efficiency. Aalberts IPS supports the technology with training and field services, underscoring its commitment to reliable performance. The expansion builds on the company’s proven track record in residential, commercial and international energy projects.
