Twin Brothers Marine names HR director

Company specializes in steel fabrication for oil and gas platforms

Twin Brothers Marine, a leader in heavy steel fabrication for the oil & gas, infrastructure and renewables industries, has appointed Wilson Ferguson III as director of human resources.

Ferguson will develop corporate HR plans, oversee HR initiatives, manage HR staff, and ensure all legal compliance and implementation of employment laws and regulations. He will be based in Louisiana.

“Wilson possesses exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of what it takes to foster a positive work culture and build an environment of excellence,” said Darrell Webster, president, Twin Brothers Marine. “He will play a crucial role in ensuring our workforce remains happy, dynamic, and motivated.”

Ferguson has experience in business administration, corporate communications and crisis management gained in a variety of fields including healthcare, real estate, technology, and sales. He is an alumnus of McNeese State University in Louisiana. He holds bachelor’s degrees in criminal justice and mass communications, as well as a master’s degree in science.

For 45 years, Twin Brothers Marine has been a leader in oil and gas fabrication, specializing in heavy industrial steel fabrication for offshore oil and gas platforms and steel modules, and a manufacturer of large-diameter heavy wall tubulars.
