Kodiak Gas Services appoints William Bullock to board of directors

Bullock recently served at ConocoPhillips

Kodiak Gas Services has appointed William L. Bullock Jr. to its board of directors, adding more than 30 years of financial and operational leadership experience in the energy sector.

Bullock most recently served as vice president and chief financial officer at ConocoPhillips. During his career at the company, he held several executive positions, including CFO and president of the Asia Pacific & Middle East business, where he led strategic growth initiatives and oversaw large-scale global operations.

Headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas, Kodiak provides contract compression and related services to oil and gas producers and midstream operators. Its fleet supports high-volume gas gathering systems, processing plants, multi-well gas lift applications and natural gas transmission systems.
