Powertherm Maxim Adds Business Development Director

Powertherm Maxim has hired Shane Estes as its director of business development. Estes will work with the sales team to expand the company’s brand throughout the natural gas industry, focusing on packagers and midstream companies.

Estes has more than 30 years of operations, engineering and sales experience, previously serving as the vice president of sales at Pegasus Optimization Managers LLC. His career includes roles at AG Equipment Co., CDM Resource Management, Universal Compression Inc., Hanover Co. and Guerra Engineering.
