No Fluke: Pruftechnik Gets New Owner

Fluke Corp., the global provider of test and measurement instruments, has acquired Pruftechnik, a global maintenance technology supplier specializing in precision laser shaft alignment systems for rotating machinery, condition monitoring and non-destructive testing. No financial details were provided.
