Innova Acquires Braden

Noise and emissions control company Innova Global (Innova) has acquired Braden, a gas turbine auxiliary equipment specialist, from Global Power Equipment Group. This acquisition includes Braden Manufacturing LLC in Tulsa, Consolidated Fabricators in Auburn, Massachusetts and Braden-Europe located in Heerlen, the Netherlands.

 “As a result of this transaction, Innova will expand its international footprint into Europe, China, the Middle East and North Africa as well as strengthen its presence in the US and the Americas,” said Harry Wong, president and chief executive officer of Innova.

Braden has a gas turbine aftermarket retrofit and parts business with more than 160 employees worldwide. It offers retrofit upgrades, replacement or repairs for filter houses, inlet cooling systems, anti-icing systems, intake silencers, expansion joints, diverter dampers, exhaust silencers, exhaust stacks and selective catalytic reduction (SCR) systems.
