Cooper names new VP, operations

Harrison held previous roles at Fluor, Exterran-Archrock & Waukesha-Pearce

James Harrison

Cooper Machinery Services has named James Harrison its new vice president, operations. Harrison has 13 years of experience in the compression market and 20 overall in engineering, technical support and operational roles.

He held key positions at Fluor, Exterran-Archrock and Waukesha-Pearce. Most recently, he was director of operations with Cook Compression.

At Cooper, he will lead the company’s engine and after-sale service center in Deer Park, Texas that serves as the center of excellence for the Superior, CAT 3600 and Waukesha VHP lines, the company said. Harrison graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management.
