Ultimate Chemicals entered into a strategic partnership with AIG International, which will serve as an Ultimate Chemicals Authorized Distributor.

This collaboration marks a significant milestone, the company said, with an initial focus on expanding access to the Arab Republic of Egypt, Libya, Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan.

The agreement was signed by David Vannostran, president of Ultimate Chemicals, and Hassan El Hariry, deputy managing director of AIG. This partnership will bring Ultimate Chemicals’ solutions to regions where such advanced chemical technologies have never been previously available, the company said.

“We are thrilled to introduce Ultimate Chemicals’ specialized solutions to these markets through our partnership with AIG,” said Vannostran. “With AIG’s deep expertise and strong presence in these regions, we are confident that industries relying on natural gas engine cooling systems will benefit immensely from our cutting-edge formulations.”

Based in Moore, Oklahoma, Ultimate Chemicals offers a wide range of products specifically designed for the natural gas industry, including its  Bad Ass Degreaser and thee cooler cleaner, CC-300. Ultimate Chemicals offers a complete line of cooling system flushes.

AIG International, a trusted leader in delivering innovative industrial solutions, sees this collaboration as a game-changer. “The demand for high-performance flushing and cooling system products has long been unmet in these areas,” said Hassan El Hariry. “With Ultimate Chemicals, we are now able to provide unparalleled solutions that enhance efficiency, reliability, and long-term equipment performance.”
