Turbo Lab Releases 2017 TPS Proceedings

Premium Content

July 18, 2018

The Turbomachinery Laboratory has made the proceedings of the 2017 Turbomachinery & Pump Symposia (TPS) available to the public. The 2017 event took place from Dec. 12-14, in Houston, Texas, at the George R. Brown Convention Center.

The event, which gathers rotating equipment and pump engineers annually, typically takes place in September, but damaged and flooding caused by Hurricane Harvey forced event organizers to postpone the 2017 TPS.

The Turbomachinery Laboratory releases the proceedings from each symposia six months after the event. Topics include maintenance, reliability, troubleshooting and instruction on emerging designs, technology, and best practices.

The proceedings can be accessed by visiting the laboratory’s proceedings page.
