WPI delivers a broad range of gas compression solutions for multiple applications. WPI offerings are backed by continuous in-house and factory-based training programs, ensuring service technicians are up to date and qualified in the latest industry requirements and technological advances.

Since 1987, WPI has been an Ariel distributor and has extended its relationship to all 24 North American locations, including their Canadian facilities and the operation in Mt. Vernon, Ohio. WPI was founded in 1924 and is currently headquartered in Houston.

Canada ties

WPI Canada is operating three Ariel Parts Repair Facilities in Western Canada—which complements the company’s quickly growing Engine Service Division.

At each facility, WPI Canada specialize in repairing all Ariel components, including Ariel’s new CP valves, and can service all brands of compressors. Additionally, the company has in-house spray welding capabilities.

Ariel and WPI Canada work very closely together on all aspects: Parts orders, valve tailoring, compressor overhauls, compressor troubleshooting, revamping projects to customer requirements, machining CP valves, training for our employees, online support, and more.

WPI Canada is well-versed in the repair and recondition of natural gas compressors, both new and old. The company said it has many customers in Alberta that have compressors ranging from decades old to brand new and the company can help keep those compressors online and running.

WPI Canada’s Machine Shops are in:

  • Fort St. John, British Columbia
  • Grande Prairie, Alberta
  • Spruce Grove, Alberta
