GPA Midstream Appoints Govt. Affairs Manager

GPA Midstream has appointed Charlotte Sawyer as its manager of government affairs, a newly created position in the association’s Washington, D.C. office.

Sawyer is responsible for implementing and managing the organization’s federal legislative strategies, as well as lobbying before the U.S. Congress and federal agencies. She reports to Matt Hite, the association’s vice president of government affairs.

Sawyer formerly served as external affairs manager for the National Review Institute (NRI). Prior to NRI, Sawyer worked at the Washington Free Beacon and the Hudson Institute.
