The company said the acquisition aligns with EnergyLink’s strategic focus of diversifying its product line with superior value-added products which assist in delivering responsible energy solutions and energy transition options that significantly lower emissions for our clients. With this acquisition, EnergyLink is also excited to welcome an exceptional group of engineering and manufacturing specialists to our team and look forward to supporting evolving energy needs.

UECompression’s involvement in the compression of so many of the new gases in the energy sector: CO2, H2, and displacement of methane with air, are all a part of the decarbonization efforts globally and particularly here in North America.

In addition, the appointment of Keith Kern as president of UECompression Inc. reflects our commitment to ensuring a smooth transition and continued delivery of superior products to customers.

EnergyLink is based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. UECompression Inc.’s headquarters and fabrication facility is located in Henderson, Colo.
