Cooper names Edward Bonham as technical manager

Industry veteran brings more than 30 years of midstream gas experience to new role

Cooper has appointed Edward Bonham as its new Technical Manager, reinforcing the company’s commitment to technical excellence in natural gas compression and midstream services.

Bonham joins Cooper with more than three decades of experience in operations, project engineering, and project management across the midstream gas sector. Over his career, he has held key positions at several leading industry organizations, including Consolidated Natural Gas, Columbia Gas, Dresser-Rand Company, Universal Plant Services Midstream, and Kinley Advanced Technical Services (KATS).

His 17-year tenure at Dresser-Rand included extensive work in gas engine and compressor rebuilds, overhauls, and zero-hour restorations. Bonham has also led system revamp projects, implemented emission reduction strategies, and supported electrification initiatives. His background includes comprehensive engine and compressor performance analysis, equipping him with deep technical insight that aligns with Cooper’s service portfolio.

Bonham holds an Associate in Occupational Studies (AOS) degree from Alfred State College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from the University of Phoenix.
