KB Delta names Nina Giourof as VP of HR

KB Delta named Nina Giourof as the new vice president of Human Resources.

Nina Giourof comes to KB Delta with a strong educational foundation. She holds both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing from West Coast University in Anaheim. In addition to her healthcare qualifications, she earned a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.

She previously served at Lakewood Memorial Hospital, where she acquired considerable experience in healthcare and management. Her tenure there not only honed her skills in nursing and patient care but also in strategic human resource management and organizational development.

Her comprehensive expertise in both healthcare and business administration uniquely positions her to lead KB Delta’s HR department, the company said.
