Epic International’s energy services business provides OEM-quality parts, field services and repairs on engine and compressor brands, such as Cooper OEM brands. The acquisition includes the company’s Houston, Texas and Ponca City, Oklahoma facilities.

Reciprocating Technology Services, headquartered in Houston, Texas, provides field services and aftermarket parts to its reciprocating engine and compressor clients.

Along with the acquisitions, Cooper also appointed John Sargent as its chief executive officer, effective immediately.
