WIKA has opened a new production facility in Boituva, Brazil, strengthening its presence in the state of São Paulo as a regional hub for Latin America.

The measurement technology manufacturer inaugurated the site on March 12. The facility spans approximately 12,500 square meters, including about 8,000 square meters of production space, and replaces WIKA’s previous location in nearby Iperó, which had reached its capacity limits.

The new plant is designed to support increased demand for measurement and instrumentation products across Brazil and neighboring markets. In addition to expanding manufacturing output, the site is expected to improve logistics performance and strengthen coordination among WIKA’s operations in Latin America.

WIKA produces industrial instrumentation used to monitor and control process conditions such as pressure, temperature and level. Its portfolio includes pressure gauges and transmitters, temperature sensors, level measurement devices and calibration equipment, along with related engineering and assembly services. These products are used across a range of industries, including oil and gas, power generation, chemical processing, water and wastewater, and food and pharmaceutical manufacturing, where accurate measurement is critical to maintaining safe and efficient operations.

The Boituva facility incorporates modern production and logistics infrastructure intended to streamline manufacturing processes and support regional distribution. By consolidating capabilities into a larger site, the company aims to increase output while improving responsiveness to customer requirements.
