Sloan promotes McCarthy to lubrication system SME and training manager

Sloan announced the promotion of Matt McCarthy to lubrication system subject matter expert and manager of training.

McCarthy has been with Sloan and active in the compression industry for more than 30 years. In his new role, he will lead the design of training programs, support customer partnerships and represent Sloan at major industry events. He will also work with the company’s leadership team to strengthen customer engagement and provide technical guidance for complex applications.
