Ro-Flo Compressors names Travis Sixel president

Ro-Flo Compressors has appointed Travis Sixel as president, succeeding co-founder Brad Schuler, who is retiring from the role after 19 years of leadership.

Schuler will remain with the company as a member of Ro-Flo’s Board of Directors, providing continuity as the company enters its next phase of growth.

Sixel joined Ro-Flo in 2011 as director of engineering and has played a key role in the company’s expansion, product development and engineering initiatives. Before joining Ro-Flo, he held engineering positions with a leading reciprocating compressor original equipment manufacturer and Caterpillar, bringing extensive experience in compression technology and engine systems.

Schuler credited Sixel with helping shape the company’s growth over the past decade.

Travis has been an integral part of that journey for nearly 15 years, and I have complete confidence in his leadership as Ro-Flo enters its next chapter.”

The leadership transition comes as demand for natural gas compression equipment and services remains strong, driven by continued investment in gathering, processing, transmission and gas-fired power infrastructure. As president, Sixel will oversee Ro-Flo’s continued focus on engineering, product innovation and customer support in the reciprocating compressor market.

Founded in 2007, Ro-Flo manufactures rotary sliding vane compressors for industrial applications.
