MMS, T.F. Hudgins enter sales distribution agreement

Machinery Monitoring Systems (MMS) and T.F. Hudgins Inc. annouced a sales distribution agreement for the Downstream Market in the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.

T.F. Hudgins Inc., an Allied Reliability brand, was founded in 1947 and offers engineered product and service solutions for compressors, engines, pumps, motors, and other machinery with a focus on increasing reliability, longevity, performance, safety, and environmental compliance.

MMS offers solutions focused on machinery health monitoring products and services for industrial rotating and reciprocating machinery. The companies said the partnership brings together two premier organizations who share the values of delivering quality products, great customer relationships, and innovation.

T.F. Hudgins Inc. will be providing sales and sales support for the MMS’s product line including:

• Snapshot Engine Balancer a portable analyzer for slow-speed, natural gas fuel engine balancing.
• MachineryRx a simple-to-use-website to provide a single location for operators to upload engine balancing results. Management with the proper credentials can then have access to all of the engine balancing data\reports at the Station, Division, Region and Corporate levels.
• ProBalance Engine Balance Monitor system continuously monitors the peak firing pressures for up to 20 cylinders and alarms if the engine is unbalanced or any cylinder exceeds user-defined bands.
• ProBalance Plus Engine Balance Monitor system continuously monitors peak firing pressures for up to 20 cylinders and automatically adjusts the electronic Fuel Gas Modulators (eFGMs) to maintain peak firing pressures (PFP) across the engine to within user-defined bands.
• Sentinel-CPM (Compressor Performance Monitor) designed to provide real time compressor health and safety monitoring including Horsepower, Rod Loads, Theoretical Temperatures, Flows and other critical parameters such as Rod Drop\Runout and Packing Vent Leakage flow. The CPM includes Warren Laible’s multi-factor diagnostic software suite, provided with no subscription fee requirements or data that needs to be sent to a 3rd party web application.
• Sentinel-VM allows a user to customize critical reciprocating machinery vibration parameters to monitor and alarm, again with no subscription requirements.
