Cooper Machinery Services acquires Power Parts Supply

Cooper Machinery Services has acquired substantially all assets of Power Parts Supply, a well-established provider of replacement parts and solutions for large-bore engines and compressors. The move strengthens Cooper’s refurbished parts and Unit Exchange (UX) business and reinforces its position as a global supplier of engine and compression system solutions.

Founded in 2003, Power Parts Supply has built a reputation for reliable exchange solutions designed to extend the performance and longevity of critical equipment. Its broad catalog and focus on responsive customer service have made it a trusted partner to operators across the energy sector.

Complementing Cooper’s portfolio

Cooper Machinery Services serves a large installed base of respected engine-compressor brands, including Ajax, Cooper-Bessemer, Enterprise, Gemini, Superior, TSI and TXC. It also supplies aftermarket support for non-Cooper brands such as CAT G3600, Clark, Ingersoll Rand, Waukesha VHP and Worthington.
