 EN Engineering Forms A Strategic Partnership with Texas Utility Engineering

EN Engineering, a national engineering, consulting, and automation services firm, announced it has made an investment in Texas Utility Engineering (TXUE), an electric utility and telecommunications engineering firm.

EN Engineering serves utilities, midstream and downstream energy companies, and industrial customers from 22 locations across the United States.

“This partnership represents an exciting expansion for our utilities practice,” said Steve Knowles, chief executive officer, EN Engineering. “TXUE is a leading expert on all aspects of electric distribution poles in Central and South Texas, with the ability to provide unmatched value to its utility and telecom customers. Texas is one of the fastest growing states, and we are excited about working together with the strong team at TXUE as they look to further expand in the region.”

In combination with TXUE, EN Engineering’s utilities practice now has more than 650 employees offering a full complement of gas distribution and electric transmission and distribution services.

Texas Utility Engineering Inc. (TXUE) is a Texas-based corporation with extensive experience in both the electric utility and telecommunication environments. The firm offers a complete review and analysis of pole loading, pole auditing, pole inspections, aerial and underground electric distribution planning, telecommunications distribution planning, make-ready engineering planning, OSP engineering, pole attachment applications, as well as city and state permitting.
