FW Murphy names new VP/GM

Caglar replacing Baldwin, who leaves after 37 years

Following a long and successful 37-year career,Terry Baldwin is departing FW Murphy to pursue another opportunity, effective Aug. 15.

“Terry has been an integral part of the success story of FW Murphy, and we are grateful for his many contributions,” the company said in a statement. “Thank you, Terry, for your dedication and leadership. Good luck on your new journey.”

Levent Caglar will join the FW Murphy team as the new VP/GM on Aug. 18.

Caglar joins us from Caterpillar, where he was responsible for executing their gas compression sales and services strategy. Previously, he worked for CSI Compressco. He brings more than 24 years of progressive leadership experience and a deep domain knowledge of natural gas compression and engine businesses.

Caglar is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt who augments his customer-centric leadership approach with a profound engineering background, the company said in a statement. His broad-based experience in the natural gas industry encompasses asset and fleet management, master service agreements, sales strategies and execution, as well as mergers & acquisitions.
