Sloan Lubrication Systems has named Samantha Fox as its new director of Sales, a move the company said will support its continued growth strategy and reinforce its commitment to delivering a seamless, customer-first experience.

Samantha Fox

Fox brings more than 15 years of experience in business development and sales leadership, having built a strong track record in the oil and gas, refining, industrial, and power markets. She joins Sloan from Middough Inc., where she served on the company’s leadership team and played a key role in launching a new oil and gas business unit. Her previous experience also includes sales and account management roles at Wood Group USA and Highland Tank.

“We’re excited to welcome Samantha to the Sloan team,” the company said in a statement. “Her deep industry knowledge, collaborative leadership style, and ability to manage complex customer portfolios make her a valuable addition to our organization. We look forward to the impact she will have in driving sustainable growth and enhancing our frictionless customer experience.”

In her new role, Fox will lead sales strategy and execution across Sloan’s lubrication systems portfolio, with a focus on aligning customer needs with tailored, high-performance solutions. The company said her appointment underscores its broader vision to strengthen partnerships, increase responsiveness, and drive innovation in lubrication technologies across key industrial markets.

Sloan Lubrication Systems provides engineered lubrication and support systems for compressors and rotating equipment used in demanding applications, including gas compression and power generation.
