Global Compression Services names Britany Williams as vice president of HR

Global Compression Services (GCS) has appointed Britany Williams as vice president of human resources. Based in Midland, Texas, Williams will lead the company’s human capital strategy, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.

Williams has more than 15 years of HR leadership experience in the energy, transportation, and software sectors. Her background includes integrating multiple acquisitions and building scalable, people-first strategies that support business objectives.

GCS President Anthony Speer said Williams’ experience will help the company strengthen its workforce and position for continued growth. Williams holds a bachelor’s degree from Tarleton State University and a Professional in Human Resources certification. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management’s Permian Basin chapter.
