Demand for new infrastructure across the world means a higher demand for labour – India’S investment of US$1.35 trillion through the Gati Shakti Master Plan and President Biden’s US$1.2 trillion infrastructure bill are just two examples from around the world. There are countless others. 

One of the major problems the industry faces is a lack of skilled workers. From road building to bridges, there is a lot planned for 2022 and beyond, but is there sufficient labour to fulfil these projects? The video below outlines three ways that construction can address the skills shortage
