Valmec Named Waukesha Provider For Australia

31 October 2019

Valmec announced that it has been appointed by INNIO Waukesha Gas Engines Inc. as a Platinum Tier gas compression provider for the Australian region.

As an authorized regional representative of INNIO Waukesha, Valmec has factory-direct access to new Waukesha engines, spare parts and product support capabilities to support customers in Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea.

The program increases the opportunity for Valmec clients to benefit from genuine Waukesha trained service technicians, product support and shorter lead-times.

Australian-owned, Valmec is one of the most experienced breakdown and maintenance

service providers of major capital equipment within the region. The services team, comprising of experienced Waukesha AT/275GL+, VHP and VGF series engine technicians, builds upon the new Valmec/INNIO Waukesha relationship, providing value added services to clients in the region.

“With INNIO Waukesha already being a significant player in the Australian onshore gas processing and power generation space, this new, direct affiliation, complements our niche servicing and operations model for all gas producers and end users,” said Steve Dropulich, Valmec managing director. “With a significant number of trained technicians on the ground in Australia, Valmec is well-positioned to provide this new era of superior equipment support to new and existing clients in the market.”
