Sloan Appoints New VP – Sales And Marketing

Sloan Lubrication Systems has appointed Steve Spotts as its vice president of sales and marketing. Spotts has experience in sales, marketing and product management from several industries, such as hydrocarbon processing, life sciences and personnel safety. Along the way, he held senior administration and engineering positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Emerson Electric and Dow Chemical. 

Spotts is responsible for developing and leading the company’s sales teams, as well as promoting new products, such as Sloan’s TriCip, an integrated lubrication system designed to reduce oil consumption and pipeline contamination (see COMPRESSORTECH2, November 2018, p. 23).

Spotts is based out of the company’s Freeport, Pennsylvania, headquarters.
