Siemens Energy Releases Rotating Equipment App

Premium Content

December 11, 2020

Siemens Energy has released its rotating equipment selector app, designed to serve as a digital information tool for operators’ rotating equipment needs. By entering five to seven data points, operators can obtain information on equipment sizing and capabilities to power its compression needs.
The app provides gas turbine and electric motors as driver options for centrifugal and reciprocating compressors. Several inputs are available for customization, including inlet pressure, gas temperature, gas composition, discharge pressure and elevation. The parameters give operators different driver options, all of which can be saved and emailed.

The app is available on the App Store and Google Play under Rotating Equipment Selector app.
