John Crane, a provider of rotating equipment products and services, has opened its relocated service center in Mobile, Alabama.

Situated on the west side of Mobile Bay, the service center provides aftermarket support and a variety of services to its customers east of Pensacola, Florida; west to Pascagoula, Mississippi; and north to Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

The service center’s capabilities include product training; reduced repair lead times due to new seal testing technologies; several seal workshops that provide seal repair with root cause analysis; assembly and testing areas; and service engineers available year-round.
