Joe Frisby, a staple at Samco Enterprises, Inc., died on Monday, Nov. 30, 2020 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Frisby spent more than 41 years with Samco, his most recent role as vice president of sales.

Frisby, also known as “Samco Joe”, was well known amongst the gas compression industry, commonly found at industry events. Frisby gained a reputation for being able to hold conversations about anything, especially sports and the weather, as well as cracking one-liners.

Frisby is survived by his wife, Kimberly Frisby, and his children, Kylie and Hunter Frisby. He is also survived by his parents, Joel and Nancy Frisby; brother Tim (Nicola); nephews Ian and Finn; and several cousins.

Instead of flowers, the family asks for donations to Frisby’s home parish, Holy Trinity Catholic Church (211 Missouri Avenue, Okarche, Oklahoma, 73762) or the Center of Family Love in Okarche (635 Texas Avenue, Okarche, Oklahoma, 73762).
