GTI Appoints Director For Hydrogen Technology Center

GTI has named Kristine Wiley as its director of the Hydrogen Technology Center, a facilty dedicated to hydrogen technology and applications. In this role, Wiley will lead the center and related business activities.


The Hydrogen Technology Center aims to foster public and private partnerships for hydrogen use and storage, as well as using the current natural gas storage and delivery infrastructure for future distribution.

Wiley has nearly two decades at GTI, most recently serving as a research and development director. Before that, she held positions of increasing responsibility in the energy industry, specializing in issues ranging from utility operations and environmental compliance to exploring the use of low-carbon fuels. She has also led industry initiatives on the introduction, impacts and use of renewable natural gas (RNG).
