Exline names Business Development Manager

Koenigsman brings 20-plus years experience to the job

Exline, which has provided industrial repair and manufacturing services since 1872, has named Robert Koenigsman as Business Development Manager.

The company said Koenigsman brings 20+ years of manufacturing support and leadership experience in various business roles supporting CNC manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance/repair. At Exline, he is responsible for nationwide business development sales and services including equipment repair, precision machining, and thermal spray capabilities.

Koenigsman started his career with Boeing Commercial Aircraft where he held numerous leadership roles in supply chain, program management, and aftermarket sales. In 2016, he established his own consulting company to assist composite and CNC machining centers with business development efforts in the aerospace and defense industries.

A graduate of Kansas State University, he enjoys spending time with his wife, three kids, and two grandkids in his free time. On a free summer weekend, he enjoys taking the boat to the lake with family and friends. In the winter months, you will find him on the ski slopes in Colorado. Robert’s passion is coaching AAU basketball in the spring and summer months, which he has been doing for the past 15 years.
