CSS Acquires Isotek

Connector Subsea Solutions (CSS) has completed its acquisition of Isotek Oil and Gas Ltd. CSS gains Isotek’s remote welding technology, which will enhance its existing range of subsea pipeline repair capabilities, the company said.
CSS, based in Bergen, Norway, specializes in mechanical clamp and connector pipe products. The acquisition includes Isotek’s 15 employees.
