Cooper appoints regional sales director

Cooper Machinery Services has appointed Madison Sims as director of regional sales – Gulf Coast, strengthening the company’s commercial leadership across one of its core markets.

Cooper Machinery Services said Sims will lead a team of outside account managers supporting customers throughout the Gulf Coast region, with a focus on aftermarket growth and long-term customer relationships.

Sims brings nearly a decade of experience in the oil and gas sector, with deep expertise in Caterpillar aftermarket parts and service sales. During her career, she has built a reputation for developing high-performing sales teams, maintaining strong customer partnerships and delivering value-driven solutions across complex operating environments.

Her leadership approach emphasizes collaboration between sales, operations and service teams to ensure alignment between customer expectations and execution. Cooper said Sims will prioritize responsiveness, transparency and follow-through as she works to support both new and existing customer relationships.

In her new role, Sims will focus on expanding aftermarket sales for Cooper’s OEM products as well as other equipment serviced by the organization, helping drive continued growth across the Gulf Coast.

Sims holds a bachelor of business administration in marketing from Stephen F. Austin State University.
