Neuman & Esser Adds To Hydrogen Expertise

The Neuman & Esser (NEA) group acquired Hytron Energy & Gas, a Sumaré, São Paulo, Brazil-based company founded in 2003 as a spin-off from the University of Campinas.

The acquisition gives NEA Group full access to Hytron’s technological specialties, including engineering and system integration for PEM and alkaline electrolyzers, as well as natural gas and ethanol reformers.

Hytron will be integrated into the newly formed NEA Energy Solutions division as an independent company and brand. Arcanum Energy and AE Driven Solutions were the first companies incorporated into the new division.
