Atlas Copco acquires Brazilian company

Tecturbo was founded in 1992

Tecturbo, a Brazilian service company and manufacturer of parts for centrifugal compressors, has become part of Atlas Copco Group.

Tecturbo was founded in 1992 and is located in Campinas in Sao Paulo State. The company has 51 employees.

“Tecturbo has a strong reputation as a quality service provider and this acquisition will allow us to further strengthen our offering and increase our presence in South America,” said Philippe Ernens, President of the Compressor Technique business area.

The purchase price q not disclosed. The business has become part of the Compressor Technique service division.
