Who We Are

Over the past four decades, Beta Machinery Analysis (BETA) has become a premier machinery consultant specializing in rotating and reciprocating machines.

BETA remains an independent, employee owned company with offices in Houston, Calgary, Kuala Lumpur, and sales support in Beijing and Abu Dhabi.

We have over 40 experienced staff, involved in three main areas. Our professional engineers and technical staff have helped BETA become a leader in compressor design studies – which include the analysis of pulsations (acoustics), torsional vibration, mechanical resonance, skids, foundation, and structural dynamics. We enjoy a global leadership position by working with OEMs, Compressor Packagers, Engineering Consultants, and directly with Owners, or End Users.

Our knowledgable and skilled field group helps you assess the condition of your machines and fix problems. These specialists are active on projects that range from small machines to larger brownfield revamps. It doesn’t matter if your equipment is on land, or offshore, we have the expertise to help.

Our competent specialized monitoring team tracks the performance, vibration, and other key indicators of your machines, no matter how remote the location, and works with your staff to improve availability and lower maintenance costs.
