Hudson Products Establishes New Business Unit

Hudson Products Corp. has formed of a new business unit, Hudson Compression Cooling, to expand sales of air-cooled heat exchangers to the natural gas compression market.
Hudson will design and manufacture compression coolers at their Beasley, Texas, facility, 42 miles (68 km) southwest of downtown Houston, to better serve the needs of Gulf Coast compression packagers and end users. Prior to the launch of HCC, Hudson had provided compression coolers exclusively through its Amercool subsidiary in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Hudson Compression Cooling is a business unit of Hudson Products Corp., a global designer and manufacturer of heat transfer equipment for the energy and process industries. Hudson manufactures Fin-Fan and Solo-Aire air-cooled heat exchangers in Beasley, Texas; Tulsa, Oklahoma (through its wholly owned Smithco Engineering subsidiary); Edmonton, Alberta, Canada; and in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, through its joint venture with Zamil Industrial. Hudson manufactures Tuf-Lite axial flow fans in Beasley, Texas and Cofimco axial flow fans in Beasley, Pombia, Italy; Chennai, India; and Changshu, China.
