GMRC Adds Project Management Course

The Gas Machinery Research Council will add a Project Management course to its training schedule in 2013.
The council’s nine-course curriculum is under development. An Engine Analyzer and Reliability Workshop will be held July 24-26 at Fort Worth, Texas. The Engine Emissions Stack Testing and Analyzer Workshop will be held at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, in the fall.
Dates will be set for three courses at Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. They are: Factors in Compressor Station Design; Compressor Station Vibration; and Introduction to Centrifugal Engines and Reciprocating Compressors.
Dates and venues will be set later for four courses: Project Management; Combustion Characteristics; New Foundation Design and Repair; and Applied Principles of Engines and Compressors.
