The Gladstone project includes the development of coal seam gas in the Bowen and Surat basins, a 260 mile (420 km) pipeline to Gladstone, and two LNG trains on Curtis Island with a combined capacity of 7.1 million tonnes per year. Exports are expected to begin in 2015.
