Sulzer Opens Another Russian Service Center

Sulzer Pumps has opened its second Russian service center at Oktyabrsky in the Bashkortostan republic.
Like the first center, which opened at Khimki in the Moscow oblast in September 2011, the new facility has a hotline staffed with field service engineers available to respond around the clock.
The 16,145 sq.ft. (1500 m2) facility is equipped to overhaul and repair all types of rotating equipment. It is near Ufa, Samara, Orenberg and other industrial cities in the area of oil fields and refineries.
Sulzer Pumps plans to open more Russian service centers in the future. It has 20 plants and more than 60 service centers worldwide.
