Central Kansas Straddle Plant Planned

Next Generation Processing LLC plans to build a natural gas liquids extraction plant at a Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Co. compressor station in Haven, Kansas, U.S.A.
The straddle agreement would allow Next Generation to process gas flowing through the station. Panhandle Eastern will have the option to purchase the plant at a future date. Completion of the 1.4 Bcfd (40 x 106 m3/d) gas liquids plant is due in the fourth quarter of 2013.
Panhandle Eastern said the straddle plant would facilitate wet gas production from nearby Granite Wash and Mississippi Lime formations and boost shipments on the pipeline system.
Haven is 35 miles (56.3 km) northwest of Wichita, Kansas, U.S.A.
