Management Change at Enerflex

Enerflex Systems Ltd. has announced the resignation of the company's vice president and chief financial officer, Dale J. Hohm, who has elected to pursue a business opportunity with a private oil and gas company. He will remain in his role with Enerflex until March 7, 2004, and Enerflex has initiated a search to identify a high-caliber professional to join its senior management team as vice president and CFO.
