The 17,500 ft. DB3 prospect is classified as a PUD and has 20 BCF of proven-undeveloped gas reserves.
The project will be equipped with a capacity of receiving six million tons of LNG per year.

Following the consolidation, SGA will have over 150 distribution, transmission and gas supply marketing members and over 330 associate members.
It is anticipated that the first shipment of LNG to the facility could be delivered in 2010.
